Dot Barbera, A.S. – Office Assistant
Office Assistant, Dot Barbera, brings over 35 years of executive administrative experience to our practice. She most enjoys speaking directly with the patients, realizing how that first call to inquire about evaluations or therapy can be a difficult one. Whether gathering some of a patient’s personal story or explaining available options with our practice, Dot’s warm, friendly manner is evident. She has witnessed the value of mental health services and its impact both personally and professionally. Family time with her husband, children and seven grandchildren keep her busy outside work.
Cindy Doron, B.S. – Practice manager
Ms. Doron serves as the practice manager for Neurodevelopmental Assessment & Consulting, LLC. She brings particular experience in the administrative needs of private practice mental health. She enjoys helping patients directly as well as participating in behind-the-scenes tasks to make your experience with our practice seamless. Outside of work, Ms. Doron can be found spending time with her family, including her children and grandchildren. Professional, as well as personal, experience has taught her that both evaluation and therapeutic services are valuable tools across the lifespan, and she appreciates the opportunity to help facilitate these types of services for others.
